The integration with Segment means Appcues can target based on any behavioral property in your analytics stack — 'users on trial who haven't connected their first integration after 3 days' gets a targeted checklist automatically. The tradeoff versus Pendo is that Appcues has limited native analytics — it tells you completion rates for guides, not full product analytics.
