The collaboration experience (live cursor presence, granular sharing, comment threads) set the standard that Airtable, Notion, and Coda all copied. Gemini AI integration now generates formulas from natural language, explains complex functions, and creates charts from verbal descriptions. The ceiling is data scale — 10M cell limit per spreadsheet sounds large but is surprisingly easy to hit with real operational data. Connected Sheets (BigQuery integration at Business+) bridges the gap for larger datasets. Product roadmap
